Who We Are

Ladymint by Mannaniya Textiles is a clothing brand from Surat, Gujarat. We create everyday-elegant pieces — thoughtful fabrics, soft silhouettes, and styles made to be worn often.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually packed within 1–2 business days. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and courier partner.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes. COD is available with an extra ₹60 fee added to your order total. You can also pay online securely via Razorpay (UPI, card, or netbanking).

What is your exchange / return policy?

We do not offer returns. Eligible orders can be exchanged only. Please contact us soon after delivery with your order details if you need an exchange.

Can I cancel my order?

You can request cancellation while the order is Placed or Accepted (before shipping). For prepaid Razorpay orders, refunds are processed after 24 hours from the cancel request.

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, tracking number and logistics partner details appear on My Orders. You can also print your invoice from there.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept online payments through Razorpay and Cash on Delivery. Each order has its own payment record against that order.

Do you provide GST invoices?

Yes. Tax invoices are generated for orders and can be printed from My Orders or Admin Orders. Tax type (CGST+SGST or IGST) depends on place of supply.

How do I choose the right size / product details?

Each product page lists available details such as fabric, colour, and measurements. If you need help deciding, message us on WhatsApp or Instagram before ordering.
